Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receiving your purchase. This fourteen-day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing or via email (kings@kingsgardenandleisure.co.uk) within fourteen working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund on the cost of the items and the original delivery charge you paid on your order for us to send the goods to you (if applicable).

Where a product is damaged or faulty we will organise a collection with you. However, if you decide to return the product for personal reasons there will be a Collection Fee which will be advised at the time of arranging the collection. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount ie. the purchase price. However, you may return the product yourself to have this charge waived and you can do so by sending it to this address:

All items to be returned must be in the original packaging the items arrived in as these need to be as secure as possible for the courier to collect them. Failure to do this may result in a non-collection.

Any faults or damages to the product/item must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods along with photographs and a full description of the damage.

If a collection has been agreed upon and arranged, and yet on arrival at the property it could not be executed, then a wasted journey fee may be chargeable.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds for Reserved Items

We are happy to reserve an item for you and deliver it at a later date, a 10% non-returnable deposit will be taken at the time of reserving, and full payment will be taken on the date of delivery. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the item within 30 days of receiving the replacement item. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
